Yes, if you are buying an advance online ticket you need to choose which date you want to visit. We have ‘at the gate’ tickets available at admissions but these are full price.
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a Fairytale Farm online ticket containing a barcode and Booking Reference Number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply show the ticket on your smartphone or make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring this with you together with some ID.

Fairytale Farm opens at 10am and closes at 5.00pm. Your ticket entitles you to a full day at Fairytale Farm and we invite you to arrive and leave at your convenience. If you have bought a ticket to an evening event, or an event with specific slots, your arrival time might be later. Please check the website when you are buying your ticket or email info@fairytalefarm.co.uk and we will be only too pleased to help.
There is ample free car parking at Fairytale Farm.
Group rates are available at the admissions desk for groups of more than 12 people. For groups of more than 20, we require advance booking. Please email info@fairytalefarm.co.uk or telephone 01608 238014. For schools bookings, please visit https://www.fairytalefarm.co.uk/schools/.
No. A Fairytale Farm online ticket is not valid in conjunction with a birthday party booking.
No. A Fairytale Farm online ticket is not valid in conjunction with any other special offer, voucher or promotion.
Fairytale Farm is fully wheelchair accessible. Please refer to our Guide for Disabled Visitors.
Yes. You can purchase additional tickets on the day at the walk up on the day price.
• Toilets with disabled access and baby changing facilities.
• You can purchase food and drink at Fairytale Farm at the Beanstalk café or the All Things Nice kiosk (opening times vary).
• Picnic benches are available around Fairytale Farm.
• There are hand washing location around Fairytale Farm for washing hands following contact with animals and before eating and drinking. One is at the entrance to the Alfie & Friends Animal Zone and the other is in the Beanstalk Café.
• You should contact a member of staff in the case of requiring First Aid
• There is a Gift Shop at the exit of Fairytale Farm

No. The Booking Reference applies to one entry for all tickets shown under that reference – you can not split up the tickets to use on different days. To do this you will need to do separate bookings for the different entry days. We do not charge a booking fee so there is no additional cost to do this.
